Welcome to Soul Pavilion! My new podcast🪬💜

Hey, hey!  I’m so ridiculously excited to finally say these words: my new podcast, Soul Pavilion, is officially live!

This has been a journey, let me tell you.  I wanted to launch my first episode before Sunday’s eclipse, but life—and the eclipse energy itself—had other plans. It forced me to do exactly what this very first episode is about: letting go of external deadlines and focusing on my own inner world.

So, here we are. It feels right. And again, I reclaim my authority to decide what, when, and how.

Soul Pavilion is a space for us. For spiritual outcasts. For anyone who feels like the world and life itself have so much more to offer and the wisdom of the soul is either too expensive or too watered-down. This is where we get to dive deep into spiritual practice, decode symbolism, and reclaim our sovereignty.

And we’re starting with one of the most powerful and misunderstood forces of all: the goddess Sedna.

The Fierce Rebellion of the Dark Feminine

The legend of Sedna is an old one, a creation myth from the Inuit people. Like a lot of powerful stories, it has many versions, but the one we’re diving into is about her fierce rebellion.

Sedna was a maiden who was totally over the men her father was trying to marry her off to. Instead of sticking to the rules of her society, she defiantly chose to marry a dog. Can you imagine the scandal? I mean, she saw something in that choice that was more aligned with her own heart than the lives her community was offering.

Her father, absolutely livid at this ultimate act of disobedience, took her out to sea. And when she clung to his kayak for dear life, he brutally chopped off her fingers one by one to force her to let go.

But here’s the thing about our feminine, untamed spirit: you can’t kill it. Sedna didn't drown. Instead, she sank to the bottom of the Arctic ocean, to a sacred underworld realm called Adlivun. And as her severed fingers drifted down, they transformed into the very life she was stripped of—the seals, the whales, the fish. She became their mother, their keeper, the powerful ruler of the deep.

The Message in the Metaphor

Sedna’s story is a brutal and equally a beautiful lesson. The father and the rules he represents are the patriarchal and societal pressures we all face. The ones that tell us who to be, what to believe, and what our life should look like. Sedna’s rebellion—her choice to marry a dog—was truly a way to say: "I'd rather marry a dog on my own accord rather than be coupled with someone I don't love". And for that, she was severely punished.

But in her deepest pain, in the space of being utterly cast out, she didn't just survive. She became a sovereign queen. Her trauma didn’t destroy her; it transformed her. Her severed fingers, the very parts of herself that were brutally taken away, became the source of all life in her new kingdom.

This is the power of the Dark Feminine. It's not about being nice or palatable. It's about facing the truth about ourselves, as ugly as it might be, and turning it into something powerful. The shame, the anger, the fear, the guilt—that stuff is heavy. We bury it, we pretend it doesn't exist. But in the depths of our own souls, those "toxic" feelings are just waiting to be seen and transformed into something useful.

An Invitation to a Journey

My new podcast episode, "The Sedna Transmission," is in two parts.

Part 1 is the deep dive into the lore and the spiritual meaning. I share my own experience with Sedna’s energy and how facing the "ugly" feelings forced me out of my usual patterns of disengaging and isolating myself.

And Part 2 is the meditation. This isn't just a listening experience; it's a call to action. I will guide you through your own conscious plunge. You will be invited to let go of whatever no longer serves you—whether it's a soul-sucking job, a belief that keeps you small, or a fear that's holding you back.

I truly believe that the most profound transformation happens when we're willing to go into the darkness. Just like Sedna, we can shed an old identity and find our own sovereign power waiting for us in the deep.

So, listen to the first episode of Soul Pavilion now on Spotify. You can hear Part 1 for the context and wisdom, and then immediately dive into Part 2 for the guided meditation.

This is a message in a bottle for anyone who needs to hear it. This is your invitation to find your own way by choosing to finally let go.
