This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for all Tarot and Rune reading services provided by Agnieszka, operating as Tarot Pavilion.
1. Services
- The Reader agrees to provide Tarot and Rune reading services as described on the Reader's website: www.tarotpavilion.com/services
- Tarot and Rune readings are exclusively for guidance, self-discovery, and empowerment purposes.
- The Reader does not provide definitive predictions about the future, and readings should not be used as a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, psychological, etc.).
2. Pricing and Payment
- The Client agrees to pay the fee for the selected reading as specified on the Reader's website.
- Payment is due in full prior to the reading.
- Accepted payment methods are exclusively via Stripe and PayPal. All information regarding payment methods is available on www.tarotpavilion.com/services
- All fees are stated in GBP. Other currencies may be accepted and will be subject to the prevailing exchange rate.
- Exceptions to the stated pricing are at the Reader's discretion and may be subject to additional fees or limitations.
3. Delivery and Response Time
- All readings are delivered digitally. The Client will receive their comprehensive reading via email, direct message (DM), or voice notes, as agreed by the parties.
- The Reader will deliver the completed reading within 2-5 days from the time of confirmed payment.
- The Reader will respond to general inquiries within 24-48 hours
4. Communication
- The Reader's preferred methods of communication for inquiries and delivery are email and direct message (DM).
5. Confidentiality
- The Reader agrees to keep all client information and reading details confidential.
6. Client Responsibility
- The Client understands that Tarot and Rune readings are for guidance and self-discovery purposes only.
- The Client is solely responsible for their own choices and actions based on the guidance provided in the reading.
- The Client agrees to provide necessary information ( name of the person in question, zodiac sign, date of birth) to facilitate the reading.

8. Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of spiritual guidance services and the immediate allocation of time and energy to your request, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once payment has been confirmed.
9. Agreement
- By booking a reading with the Reader, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
